Superintendent's Message

Westbrook ISD is a small school with BIG expectations for our students, staff, and community. We understand that it truly takes a village to raise a child and are committed to working together in order to provide an outstanding educational experience for all of our students. From a strong academic foundation to collegiate enrichment opportunities alongside a variety of extracurricular activities, WISD seeks to ensure our graduates leave us prepared to enter the next phase of their lives whether that be at the post-secondary academic level or directly into the workforce.

Trusting me with your children is not a responsibility I take lightly. As your Superintendent, it is my honor to lead with integrity and a kind heart as I work alongside our staff, parents and community to ensure all students are offered a positive, safe, and effective well-rounded education as a Westbrook Wildcat.

It is important to remember that at Westbrook ISD we all have the same goal of student success through academic achievement and honorable character both on and off our physical campus. Today a reader, tomorrow a leader. If there is anything I can ever do to help you or your child, please don't hesitate to reach out.

"Small school, BIG IMPACT!"

Thank you,
Dr. Raemi Thompson, Ed.D.

Principal's Message

We appreciate the privilege you have given us in educating your child.  Our goal is not only to help your child academically but to prepare he/she for a real world experience. We have added so much more in Career and Technology along with raising scores in the classroom and STAAR testing.  We take pride in our students as well as our teacher expectations. Together we will make your child's learning experience a great one.  My door is always open!  I welcome your input and your concerns.  There is nothing that we together can not solve.  Let's pull together and have a great school year.  Go Wildcats!
