Kenda Gilbreath

Hello!  My name is Kenda Gilbreath.  I am excited to be starting my 18th year in Education at Westbrook ISD.  I will be teaching 5th grade Science and 6th/7th grade Math.  I will also be an assistant coach with the Lady Wildcats.  

 

I graduated from WTAMU, where I was blessed to be a part of the Lady Buff basketball team. I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. I have spent 10 years teaching and/or coaching and later moved into an administration position as an elementary principal. I am very excited to be back in to the classroom with students everyday!

 

I grew up in a coaching/teaching family and truly believe it is the biggest mission field you can work in.  I married a coach/educator, Rusty Gilbreath, who is also on our  Westbrook staff.  We have three children.  Caden is a graduate of Texas Tech University and currently working on his graduate degree while assisting the Lubbock Christian Women's Basketball team. Keegan was a 2024 graduate of Westbrook High School and currently attending Texas Tech University.  Kenlee will be a sophomore at Westbrook this year.  We are super excited to be a part of this awesome community.
